I've been off track for awhile and can't seem to get back on track in spite of going to the gym an average of 2 times a week. I've gained weight and will need to loose it! This will require a big effort and I feel kind of frustrated at this point in time. I'm finding it hard to drop the chocolate and sweets in general. I may join WW for a few months in the New Year to jump start this whole thing. My motivation will be Hawaii in 7 weeks. Got to fit into that bathing suit. New Year's Eve tomorrow, then down to serious business after that. Cheers. Here's to healthy weight loss in 2014...and recording everything from food to exercise. Go girl!
