Really please with the progress 10lb down from the end of September 7lb to go. I’ve been pretty good at controlling my intake and getting out and active again and some great support along the way.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
