No one eats ice cream on lemon pie! Yuck, Chris! What is wrong with you? Princess, I don't even notice your massively grand error! 😁 ❤️ I just assume everything from you has gone through your very rigorous screening process.

Daily accountability is good. Keeps a person honest. Rather than thinking of not eating think about something you will do. Sort of like a bait and switch. Maybe tell yourself you will fix yourself a nice cup of tea when you are feeling stressed. Or pet the dog or.... whatever makes sense to you. It is easier to DO something rather than NOT DO something.

@melissa: Blackberry ice cream would be great with lemon pie. And the reason to weigh daily is less about accountability and more about having more data points to smooth and spot trend. Weight loss, gain, maintenance ain't linear unless you put ice cream on everything. 😜

Chris, Chris... 🙄 Thou art a nut! 😁 Thank you, dear Petra! ❤️ Right now something has to give, so I am not beating myself up for my imperfections, but I do need to be so careful. I was thinking this morning, as I climbed upon the scale, that a couple years ago I would have been jumping with glee to be this weight. I need to keep that in mind too! 😁 One day at a time!!!!

Thank you, Sassy! I'm ignoring the creature telling me to get fat! 😩 59Carol, you are so right. I have millions of things I need to do, so that is what I should do! Ticking off the list of chores or even pleasant things to do can help me with the doing rather than the eating! 😁

sk, who am I to argue with the man who knows how to "pair" so well?! 😁 Although I have been weighing nearly daily, the recording here has been a missing element.. Somehow knowing y'all will see the result of that extra bowl of cereal, the fifteen fun size 3 Musketeers, or the serving after serving of homemade clam chowder, helps me think a little harder about my choices. I know it is OK if I don't make the best decisions all the time, but with all that is happening and the going and going to medical appointments etc... with my kids, I need the more daily accountability... Cuz I'm weak! 😁 It is kind of easy to justify not being cautious when fretting about a lot of things. I don't know a better way to manage... So here I am! 😁 ❤️

Less fretting and more sweating is the answer 👍👍

And if my stupid knee was cooperating the "sweating" would be a little easier to do! 😁 You were right for once, Chris? 🤔 Well, since your aren't right even now.... Not arguing is not the same as agreeing! 😁

Glad you refrained from rhymes using "luxurious" as you wouldn't want to be "injurious" 🤔
