I received my new bathroom scale. The old one unceremoniously gave up the ghost. This new scale records my weight at about 2lbs more than the old one did...so sadly I gained 2 lbs overnight even with 100% compliance. The new one records practically everything...except what I ate. Lol. Having said that, based on my old scales, I lost somewhere between 1 to 2lbs but it looks like I gained. So the journey continues and I’m getting better at avoiding my cravings. I’m very pleased at my progress. We’ll see how my birthday week goes. No Cake? Maybe I’ll make a keto cake. Any good ideas out there. I’ll welcome suggestions.

That happened to me when I changed scales, I honestly don’t know which was correct or not but it was a blow to my ego and then I thought.. it means nothing, I’m the same as yesterday lol

Exactly my sentiments. The scale doesn’t really mean anything. It’s just a road marker and it doesn’t change the goal which is to loose weight, improve health and feel better.
