I am shooting for 40 g fat, 60 g carbs, and 60 g protein, which gives me about 850 calories a day, then one free meal per week, and a carb day where all the carbs get added in one 5 hours stretch, about 200 grams worth. So the week average is about 950 a day but there are days where the calories in are less than the calories out. The main thing I have to remember is to drink more water to keep things going.
