This app makes it very simple. Also, you can pre-plan it or use some basic templates and add whatever you want to them.

Lol, I am pretty tired as well but I am only 2 hours into my shift. This app is helping me push a little harder I think. At least it's free. I don't think I'll need the paid version.

Meyersie- He doesn't work for FS. But what do you mean- the carb read out? On the calorie counter? I definitely have carbs. Maybe you have to go into your settings and decide what you want to track. Some track fiber and sodium- etc... I think you have to customize it.

been using this app for 2 months and the only complaint I have is not being able to sort exercises by muscle group. its been great for planning and execution though. you a monster!
