Blood sugar 97 this morning, very good.
wt 189 with medium clothing

Slept fairly well last night, got up 8:30 without alarm---but hip pain woke me up and mask slipping. Second humidifier hooked up, but need to use different heating pad as that one is auto shut off and so water was condensing in tube.

No edema this morning and legs feel fine. 20 mg lasix on a regular basis no for a while and see how that goes.

having "sleepies" this morning, drankk 1 cup of 1/3 caff coffee and ate my breakfast early

Wt loss is very very slow, so I need to up my exercise even inside the house if it means pacing back and forth up the hall and back...it is cold outside and temp and humidity same in the house but some how it "Feels" colder even though thermometer is the same and humdity is the same as on days when it is warmer outside. DUH?

Will make something warm I think. Maybe make some chili!

Well, didn't make the chili, ended up eating the roast and the chicken breast for lunch and dinner. The sleepies passed. I seem to be doing well with the not being ravenous today, so that helped.

Continues cold outside but the US is 39% the news said under SNOW and some places it is AWFUL. feet and feet of snow, so we are fortunate! Florida is donw in the 20s and crops freezing.
