Waitng for food to cook. Trying a new recipe. Had chicken broth to break fast.

4:43 p.m and finally eating. New recipe is okay. I can eat it. My goal is three fish meals a week and this is fish meal one for this week. And I was able to use a can of salmon that was just taking yp space.

Only cooked half recipe. I just took lid off to let patty dry out. It smelled a bit fishy but with the stove fan on an being in another room, I am okay. My daughter hated fish so may complain when she comes inside. Oh well!!
