Sitting here listening to Breaking News on His Channel. Felt ant on me and thought it was from somewhere in the house other than my bedroom. But "yeeks" they are in my bedroom by my chair where I have been eating. I put down ant hotels but it will take a while for them to die off. if they were in the corner, I could use Orange Glo Oil for immediate action but can't put it where I walk. The farms are supposed to work by ants taking product back to queen to get rid of source. It's kinda like weight loss, getting at the cause of obesity is crucial to long-term control. I have been reading from Dr.Jason Fung and listening to him on the etiology of obesity and have found recent youtube lectures agreeing with him. So my goal now is to eliminate insulin spikes by keeping my carbs low. I also do IF and have considered going from 22 hour fast to 42 hour fast but haven't quite figured out how to spread meals on a 42 hour fast. Anyone know anything about 42 hour fasting?
