Well...so far so good. I’ve managed to loose a few pounds on low carb. This is encouraging. I’m Slowly loosing my craving for sweets and salty snacks. I’m incorporating intermittent fasting by skipping breakfast most days plus the occasional lunch. My appetite is also less. So,I’m moving in the right direction. Feeling good at this point.
