Made a Keto avocado chicken salad for lunch today. 124 calories, not counting lettuces mix and tomato. I liked it. Hubby spent all day at hospital with a friend having knee surgery, missed his lunch, and came home ravenous -- he devoured the salad plus a hamburger, etc. I think he liked the chicken salad too!

Thanks Shirfleur! My hubby and I are always commenting "How can it be the weekend again! We just had it!" And it is hard to realize how fast this year has flown even if we have spent more time at home than normal. Hubby has three siblings in Houston vicinity. His parents lived in Beaumont, Lake Jackson, and Pearland for several years while he was in high school and college, then retired to north Texas after we moved to the family farm. Our boys wore a path across the pasture from our house to theirs while they were growing up. Having grandparents next door was not an experience I got to enjoy -- mine were always a 1000 miles away! Best wishes on your weight loss -- I wish it would drop as fast as it did when I was in my 30s!
