Day 4 of staying on track of healthy eating, no cheating! aiming for 1,200 calorie a day and 10,000 steps. So far this week I've been reaching these daily goals. It's going to be some time before I lose my 20 COVID pounds of re-gained weight, but I enjoy what I eat and in time it'll work. You've gotta think long term for consistent healthy eating. Not depriving myself at all this week.
