Day 4 of staying on track of healthy eating, no cheating! aiming for 1,200 calorie a day and 10,000 steps. So far this week I've been reaching these daily goals. It's going to be some time before I lose my 20 COVID pounds of re-gained weight, but I enjoy what I eat and in time it'll work. You've gotta think long term for consistent healthy eating. Not depriving myself at all this week.

Very true! Sometimes we (I) may ourselves getting caught up in the quick fix wasting time when if we would of just done slow and steady we would been there already. At least this is my struggle. Regaining 50lbs hoping id wake up thin or that two weeks of dieting would magically get there. I have to think long term and re learn my ‘healthy’ habits 🥰
