I'm not sure if my cookbook shows. So here's the recipe Bree:
4 scoops of Fitmiss Delight Protein Powder or your choice of protein powder.
3 1/2 cups of Old Fashioned Oats
4 tbsp of Chia Seeds
8 tbsp of Blanched Almond Flour
12 1/2 tbsp of Peanut Butter. I used Skippy because it already has salt added. However, you can use natural peanut butter as well. I would just adjust the amount, since natural tends to be not as thick.
6 tsp of Ground Cinnamon
1 1/2 mini or small Bananas
6 tbsp of Pure Raw Unfiltered Honey.
Enjoy! 😊💕

awesome!! I found one somewhere I was going to try. haven't had time. but protein bars are so expensive and most aren't very good either nutritionally or taste wise.

One point I make them since I don't like the chalky taste of the store bought ones. Minus the skippy and protein powder, everything else is organic. So it's quite nutritious I think and it tastes great too. 😋😊

Yeah. The ones I used to get were the fat free peanut butter as a base. Very chalky. Great analpgy. And it's like a brick in my gut. When I can find time I'm trying these. Thank you.
