Well, I’ve been good for about a week and lost 2 lbs. so far on Keto. It seems to be workIng for me. Not sure how long I can sustain this but I’ve stopped using canola oil and Becel margarine. Switched to olive oil and butter instead. Plus tried Bulletproof coffee for the first time and actually enjoyed it after my initial hesitation. I’m mixing it up with intermittent fasting. Hope all the effort and new food items that I purchased pay off. I need to do this for my health. I think I’m allergic to carbs. Lol. I just need to look at them and my weight goes up. So onward and forward.
