Went for yearly physical on Wednesday October 23/13. My blood pressure which is usually on the low side, is very high & my pulse is racing the doctor said. My ankles, although looking normal to me, were swollen he said. I said, you should see them when they really are swollen!! He's very concerned with my heart. He has put me on a medication for high blood pressure which is also a diuretic. I have to see him again in two weeks. He suggested I buy a blood pressure monitor for home.
I really have to become more mobile & control my eating & sugar addiction.
