Probably the leanest I've looked at 191 pounds. Fluffy compared to a couple of months ago but the extra muscle/strength is great. I think I am adding some size to my legs. Also, I had a NSV today, a man actually interrupted me to ask me how to get bigger calves. Out of all the muscles, someone asked me how to grow what I consider to be my worst muscle. Some gains are being made there as well, apparently.

I’d like to know too honestly. I’ve never had a visible calf muscle, my legs are identical to my moms legs, it must be genetic lol, but I’ll die trying to get them. I’m so jealous of some women’s shapely calves and I want them. I’ll do anything. Tell me how ‘coach!’ 😊

Thanks, DP <3! Chris is just mad cause this shower curtain offends his eyes, lol! That's why I included it. :D

I've been doing them daily. I make sure it's heavy weight since calves are very strong. You want to make sure to pause at the bottom for about a second to get a good stretch on each rep. Don't bounce the weight as that allows your very tough achilles tendon to do most of the work. When I can't do another rep I've been doing drop sets. When I fail with the lighter weight I do partials until the burn is too much to bear. Voila. :P

This is calf raises I assume? I can do a thousand and not feel a thing. What am I doing wrong?

If you're doing that many you're going too quick, bouncing, or doing way less weight than you can handle.

It was a figure of speech. I think I’m bouncing and not lifting heavy enough. I’m on it starting tomorrow. Gonna do before Pusan’s update at Christmas. Stay tuned. LOL And thanks, your tips are appreciated.

I HATE autocorrect. Pusan’s?? 🙄 I’m taking before pics and I’ll update at Christmas. 🙃

INSANE!!! How many lbs do you squat?

Massively muscled legs! Looks like so much work and dedication all around! I am not sure it is the right tactic and I've never been told to do it, but I stand with just the front part of my feet on a stair to do calf raises. I hold a heavy weight and do them slow. Having to balance 100 percent of the time makes it... Miserable! 😁

Truth is the shower curtain offends all of our eyes. 😵That was a little dizzy face emoji but it's quite small.

What offends me is the color of the curtain clashes horribly with the red shirt... Terribly Distracting! 😬

DP! 😂😂 Not your house I’m sure lol

Now he'll do one without a shirt. LOL. No Wifey- that's not my house. :)

Thanks, Newname, it depends on the depth. I can probably do normal squats with 400+ at the moment but I go down and do what they call ATG squats so I've been going light. ~250-285 pounds for about 3 sets a day. Some days I switch to heavy legs press, leg curls, and leg extensions.

Thanks Melissa! Sorry about the curtain, I'll open it next time so not as much of it is visible, haha! Your calf workout sounds effective!

I’m familiar with ATG!! 😆 Get it, Diablo! 💪🏻✨
