No, I'm doing a 1200 cal a day diet. Been doing it little over a month now and I feel way healthier. Already dropped almost 20 lbs. No starving yourself, can eat anything you want, but you have to be super conscious about counting cals and I try to keep my protein around 50%, fats around 20%, & 30% carbs. It's not difficult if one isn't a picky eater. Lots of egg whites & diet greek yogurts have been lifesavers!
