Looks good, but what's up with the 103 blood sugar? Two days in a row?

I have no idea really. I have done some reading on it but I am still unsure. It seems that my fasting blood sugar always rises in the morning until I eat something. The earlier I eat the night before the higher it is in the morning. Insulin resistance plays a part. It should get better the longer I am on this diet, the longer I am off my prescriptions and the longer I am taking my ALA supplements. My fingers crossed. I started a better diet on the 5th of Sept but I didnt discover keto until the 15th so I've only been on keto for a little over a month now. I hope I just need more time doing the low carb thing.

Well keep up the good work with the diet loss, and hopefully those numbers will come down. They are not horrible just a little above normal.
