To Taenus: Thank you for your comment. Hmmm... I started low carb(50g/day) diet late October in 2013. That time my weight was 48kg or so. I really LOVE bread and before I started low carb, I ate bread every morning. When I started with 50g/day carb, that was so hard for me. However, after 3 months or so, I realize I had no pain during girls days every month. So I started Keto (25g/day) for my health benefits. Changing your energy resource from carb to fat is really hard, but my brain finally adopted to high fat and moderate amount of protein. It took me one year. Of course, I eat lots of vegetable and small amount of fruits nowadays. I am a member of boxiercise gym, but I have NOT done anything since they are shut down in March for Covid-19 pandemic. I just do stretching only. If you change the way you eat, I believe your weight will be change. Don’t think of hard exercise. Good luck to you.

Ow, thank u for motivation😊.. u're lucky to have no pain during that time..but doesn't ur metabolism get slow from eating less? Before I thought exercise plays a major role in weight loss but dieting is very important indeed..

To Taenus: Hi again. It is not less eating in low/keto diet. Instead of not consume carbs, you add more fat and/or protein in your target calories a day. I don’t feel slow metabolism. Human is lazy and prefer not to move so hard every day unless you have a strong will. 😅 That’s why what you eat is the most important things, I think.
