Ah yes, NN, I interpreted plat as place but makes more sense as plate. Ugh I am bad with French, even with google. 😂 anyway, It’s just baked shells stuffed with ricotta and sausage. They gave it some name to invoke the chef’s mother like “momma Tusso’s” to capture home cooking memories.
