I have been hungry all day for some reason and been eating. I just plugged everything into my food diary and somehow am still on track!!! I added a lot into dinner but at some of it mid afternoon. At least it was all good for me. I did have homemade white bread though. Just very tired today so have been rather lazy after work. So nothing really for exercise.

Sat outside and read for awhile it was nice until it just felt too hot.
