Gotta weigh in this weekend. Have a feeling that I'm going to see an increase on the scale, and while I'm not thrilled over it, I think I can get over it. PMS this week, going to contribute an increase to bloat and depression keeping me in bed instead of at the gym. Been good the last few weekends about hitting the gym in my down time, like to keep that trend going.

They flexed my schedule at work today so I'll be out at 5:45 instead of 7:45. It'll be nice to leave in the daylight. Gorgeous weather out today, too. trying to soak it up as much as possible before we get hit by winter.
