Other then the nutritional yeast (I personally don't like it) this sounds amazing! way to go making your own pasta!

@simma1980 :) thank you kindly :D, love making own pasta, it's so easy too, make with egg and a bit of salt or with just water and salt. Easiest thing also, and really I didn't need fancy equipment, fresh pasta always tastes better and can tweak the ingredients...such as replace the water with pureed spinach or tomato juice and use different types of flours also. I really like using whole wheat flour, gives it a really nice texture personally :) and fun like playdoh to make so kinda relaxing
