Fasting blood sugar 112; weight 174.8; blood pressure 120/70.
Plan for the day: IF/Keto/exercise
Invited son and family for lunch after church: Mexican food. I managed to keep my eating within moderate range. I ate a cauliflower rice dish with cheese, onions, peppers, while they ate beans, real rice, fajitas, etc. I did eat one corn tortilla with chicken, spinach, cheese, sour cream. It turned out fairly well anyway. My eating window was 10-3, but I extended it to 10-5 to balance out the heavy carb load. I ate pork skins, guacamole, cheese, and a fat bomb for a 5:00 snack. Macros were 9/68/23; 1157 calories; net carbs 18.99; fiber 7.4
We did get to walk our 1.2 miles today. I also did my arm exercises with my 3 lb weights. I find doing them while I watch the news works out well.
