It's an eggless chaffle! I wanted a thick pizza crust so it's more like a reverse pizza with all the cheese yumminess in the crust and a tomato basil sauce on top. So good! For one small slice it was one tbsp cream cheese and .5 cup mozza. Nuke 40 seconds so soft then mix in 1 tbsp almond flour. I did use herb and garlic cream cheese for this one.
