For when my grip is giving out but my legs still have strength to lift. Thanks, Chris, for pointing me in the direction of these straps. They work beautifully!

They are best thing ever!! They allow me to crank out those last remaining reps, especially when doing deadlifts. 💪

how much weight is that? looks a lot😁

Yeah, Mike, I think they will really help me since working out at home I don't have a bar for squats or a leg press etc... My arms give out before my legs do for sure! Fiwoay, it is 45 pounds. I can add more to make a total of 50 for each dumbell. 100 is light for doing deadlifts, and squats, but it is all I have. I use much lighter for my arm exercises! 😁

So is this strap only around the wrist? Or is it on your palm? Tell me more. I have the same problem Melissa.

Let me send you the links Chris provided for me. One is a tutorial about how is is used. It is pretty hard to describe! 😁

https://youtu.be/rYAzrCVkgts Here it is! It looks awkward and weird to use, but it is surprisingly comfortable! Chris approved and used, so I figured he wouldn't point me wrong.

Erquiaga, the strap wraps around both your wrist and the bar. It really eases the strain of gripping endlessly! 😁

Nice! They are a great assistance. I have some, haven't used them in a while. Grip strength not yet a problem yet since I'm still working my way back up.

You had asked me back a bit what I wanted. Lol. I would have said these. Lol I should have explained better. 😜

They have to cost less to mail than 2 things of pancake batter. haha- even with the cost of straps.

Back in blue and becoming stronger! 💛

Wow!! That would be too heavy for me to lift for sure. I’ve never heard of these, thx for the info 💖

Thank you, beverleyann! Diablo, I think they will "assist" me well! Thanks for the suggestion you made! Your grip must be like iron. Thanks, Shir! I'm glad to be blue! 💙 NewnameMM, you absolutely could lift this! I'm not doing arm curls with 50 pounds! 😁 I use a single to do goblet squats holding it with both hands, and for the other kind of squats and deadlifts, I'm using my whole body not just my arms to lift two!

Thanks, man! I'll be making them "work" for me again today!
