The 2 lb gain I'm not stressing over. Last weekend was a 4 day crazy time and I'm sure it's reflexing in the 2 lb gain today.
Had breakfast at 7:30am (Artichoke/Mushroom) Omelet 1 cup of fresh fruit. By 11am I was so hungry that I did my usual at home breakfast of 3 poached eggs, turkey sausage and Chis seeds. I think the send really do fill me up cause during the week I eat breakfast by 6 am and I am not this hungry by 11. Note to self, Chia works.
****2:33pm and I'm good and not feeling hungry. So I need to bring Chia seeds with me on my weekly breakfast meet with Mary & Chris so I can put in my eggs.
