Up a little in weight but it is all explainable - Bound up and I ate over my protein this weekend - because I made Smoked ribs - and well they are ribs...so I am all good and will re adjust this week. grateful to have this knowledge and being able to keep the course with out needed to self-flagellate over it. Life is a participant sport and I am going to fully participate in it.. My BGL was good and I feel awesome physically.
