5 days of vacation and allowing myself to eat whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. Sometimes I made the best choice available and sometimes not. Sometimes I declined dessert or a snack and sometimes not. After 4 1/2 days I’m around 3,000 cals over.

I kinda expected more honestly. Planned about 3,000 a day but a couple days I burned 1800-2000 (not much considering all the walking up and down hills for 7 hours each day for two days plus just standing up most of every day). I know I didn’t drink enough water and the bed was hard as a rock so I didn’t sleep long or well. That will play a part in the weight gain from this week.

Stepped on the scale when I got home out of curiosity and... drum roll please... 125#! I’m normally 121-123 mid day with clothes on so not too bad lol.

Next weekend is another tourney. 3-4 days this time. Lots of restaurant food again. I have 3-4 days to eat normally before that. Perhaps I’ll ‘diet’ for those days. Will see.

Not bad in the least! A couple pounds of water and a middle of the day weigh... Not a problem! I'm sorry you had a rough time sleeping. Hopefully you can feel rested and reset before the next adventure. You could have had more fudge! 😁

Now you tell me!! It’s too late to go get more fudge 😭 lol. Thanks guys. It’s not bad. Official weigh in this morning is 122.4. A 2.6# gain. So 1# is probably real gain and the rest not. Not bad at all!
