Today is the big day! It took my just under 11 months, but I finally hit my weight loss goal! 55 pounds down. I wanted to get here before my 35th bday and I did! My birthday is in 2 weeks...have a great day everyone!

Yes I definitely hit some plateaus along the way...I had to adjust my diet a few times and kick up the cardio to overcome them. I got stuck at 170 lbs for a couple months and had to cut some foods out as well. Some days it was frustrating not to see the scale move but I had to stay consistent and not give in to unhealthy food choices
