Thank you all! It was a yummy! Wifey, just prepare any chocolate cake... Even a box cake is fine. Put batter in a bundt pan. Spoon on the "topping." How you prepare that is.... 8oz cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Mix until fluffy. Add 1 can (14oz sweetened condensed milk) 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla. See, so simple! I actually so messed it up yesterday by forgetting both the egg and cornstarch! I was so distracted! It was still so yummy! See, I'm not a recipe follower... So bad! 😁

Thank you everyone! Yes, wifey, it sinks to the bottom! I have made this for fancy teas and gatherings. Always a hit! Groatmeal, my family isn't a fan of traditional, American potato salad with mayo etc... Made with yellow potatoes and vinegar and oil, this has a totally different flavour!
