Normally I skip the sausage because it gives me indigestion and it’s too high calorie. Decided I’d try some tonight because I haven’t had this kind. It was good! The fried eggs are my fav. Would’ve had an omelette but the oldest requested fried eggs. I didn’t think it would be wise to try making three types of eggs at once along with sausage and bacon lol. I figured I’d burn something.

Sausage is definitely high calorie! I was surprised to see it logging since being here, Oh dang friend I bet you did get a workout making dinner 😂😂😂💜💚

Looks like my breakfast in Holden MO. This morning. Ah how many eggs come with that breakfast? Two? Ya let’s have four! 👍😜.

I make myself 3 fried eggs. 2 isn’t quite enough for me. This meal was 556 kcal total for 3 fried eggs, 3 pieces of bacon and 2 sausage links. Normally I skip the sausage so that would’ve cut the calories down by around 150.
