Day 60
Fired the stupid contractor - second door put in was also an inch too short. Also, grouted the bathroom wall with caulking not grout. Also, noticed that the grid for the ceiling had one wall made up of 3 small pieces of grid instead of 1 and the three weren't even matched up together. Oy.
On the plus side, my roommate moved in without a hitch! She hired a great moving company and they were in and out in no time. Tomorrow we have the teenage neighbors coming to move furniture and I think by the end of the week we will be settled in!
I have a coffee date tomorrow who sounds too good to be true: grew up in hoity-toity town, went to prep school in Europe, MIT for college, retired from being a rocket scientist, when he got appointed to a position in Asia, now deals antiques. Six feet tall, blond, my age, no kids. Lives one town over. Oh, and he couldn't meet me Monday or Tuesday because he volunteers. Maybe he has warts. He seemed very nice on the phone.
My weight is holding steady unfortunately due to my not really paying much attention to what I am eating. My roommate and I decided we would eat together a couple of times a week, so that should help.
I am still going to contra-dancing 3 times a week, and 2 times a week weight lifting at Body Pump.
