I love rice! No substitution like cauliflower rice in my house.

Hubby made this. I’m not a fan of rice so I only ate half. He finished mine ;).

I usually take brown rice and add carrots, celery and peppers (green or red) and it is perfect for me! My husband likes it as well so that is just great! I eat a lot of it.
