Well it has been 18 weeks since I started back on my diet and I have lost 25 pounds which is 1.4 pounds a week which is kind of depressing since I have another 45 pounds to go and at that rate make it 32 WEEKS to lose that much weight...then I just hvae to KEEP IT OFF. Looking back over my wt history for the last 10 years I have yo-yo'd between 180 and 220, mostly toward the higher number so I have got to GET REAL about the dieting, as I am now having to take medication for high blood sugar which is caused by the excess weight.

Frankly, 1-2 lbs per week is a pretty good rate and more sustainable. Think long term. It took me almost 35 weeks to lose 35-40 lbs. You are doing great!! 👍
