I just started dieting and I see that you're almost to 50% of your goal I have a large goal as well but I'm doing it in phases right now any recommendations for somebody starting out

Well hi there darkenheat ☺️ I can be honest and tell you that setting my weight where I started to where I want to be was a huge goal😂 So don’t focus on color lines. It’s so awesome to see yourself go from red to orange!! It’s fun and validation to what you’re doing 💯, I’m just learning to chill, I have been in the yellow for a very long time, I’m embracing more, the activities I can do now and the ones I used to for longer, or accomplish a non scale victory along the way, like being able to push your grocery cart in the checkout aisle and fit between the cart. Wrapping a bath towel the whole way around. Stay you, this place is a life changer, stay you while improving your health ♥️ Never be afraid to ask questions 🙌 set mini goals to beat along along the way!! I found it’s daunting to look at it as a diet, but a lifestyle change, because diets don’t last, a lifestyle change will, don’t be afraid to journal what’s on your mind. What we go through has everything to do with this! Be kind and grind and shine ☺️💪☀️💜💚

So my first goal was to hit 230’s, the weight I was before going into the hospital for a month and being pumped up on steroids, complication as a healthcare worker who has severe asthma and caught the flu ended up with pneumonia and went into respiratory failure, second goal was 213-211, the weight I started working urgent care going on 11 years ago, 3rd goal was to be wedding weight 5/27/2006 I weighed 207( met hubby at 182-183) had a horrible slip and fall and herniated a lot of cervical and lumbar discs, was afraid I would not fit my wedding dress) last years anniversary was 13 years married and I was down to 220🤗 I’m so excited to say that this year, on our anniversary, I wasn’t just wedding weight, I’m 198!!🙌🙌🤗🥰☺️😌 that’s a huge thing for me!! Find your happies daily. Not everyday is easy or perfect but there is always something positive. Don’t be afraid to make friends here. Anyways, I think I covered it from my end and you will do awesome friend 💪💪 NEVER GIVE UP ☺️💜💚

Yeah the healthiest I was was around 180 I believe a little underweight for my build I'm only on day 3 and I hate the feeling of feeling so hungry something I learned a little late is I can do fruits and vegetables if I choose to LOL to snack on I think I probably put myself a little too low for calorie intake but I figured if I stick at it for six months I lose 50 lb I'm doing 1400 calories a day hopefully I don't trigger the starve and my body to where I don't lose calories

darkenheat, try the 1400 calories friend, see how that works, I think I started too low when I started out and ended up doing really well at 1700 calories so there’s room to play around and see what works for you☺️💜💚
