I am mostly vegan! this big salad is homegrown lettuce, chickpeas, sliced black olives, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, avocado, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp hearts, cashew crema, lemon squeeze - i love it!! kind of my version of a vegan greek salad :)
