I was supposed to start with the 2 week shred today, but I have stomach ache, so I decided to delay until Monday. Start the week fresh with new exercise.

This is very inspiring. I just started two weeks ago and I do Chloe ting along with Nike app. Her workouts are hard af but they are worth it.
