Had another so-so workout. Had to drop the weight on bent over rows but I used 90# plus smith bar for shoulder shrugs. Normally don’t do them but hubby was so why not.
Couple of ‘tough guys’ came in benching a bunch of 10 plates then moved to 20# cable flyes each side and couldn’t do 50# dumbbell press, had to go to 35# and struggled. Got a bit sick of watching them strutting around acting cool so I threw in a couple 80# flyes of my own. Glad we left shorty after.
Not sure why some people come to the gym trolling for men (Sunday a woman with perfect ringlets in her hair checking out the men there and just sitting on a machine not using it for half an hour then left) or trying to act all tough looking at their muscles and showing off.
Time to go make a protein packed meal of omelettes!
