Well, my friend came over and we went shopping. We ate at KFC. Although I ate no potatoes or bisquits, I did eat 3 wings and 2 legs. It didn't seem like a lot of carbs at the time, by the time I added them up it amounted to 40. Well, that was only one meal and I just wont have another carb today. I sure wish they would put some grilled pieces on the buffet.
