I just bbq some chicken breast and cut it up on the salad. I used this to season the chicken: ms.dash, garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning. I also brushed them with some bbq sauce when they were cooking. I usually bbq extra so I have leftovers for salads, wraps, whatever...

I use a little bit of low calorie balsamic dressing.
