These are the chicken leg quarters I marinated last night. Did up some frozen mixed veggies and added portobello mushrooms to bake with the chicken. Turned out so 💣🤗😋🙌 spices posted last night in marinated post, added allspice and poultry seasoning to chicken today. Mixed veggies was simply frozen and cooked with Smart Balance butter, sea salt and pepper, cilantro, celery seasoning,lemon pepper added some Philadelphia Cream cheese.

Sabrina 🤗🤗 banging friend 🤗🤗😋😋😋♥️💜💚 I used the 1 cup measuring cup for the cooked veggies. Looks fancy, but really was about measuring and the mold it takes on is super fun🤗💜💚

Ada🤗🤗 omg friend that came out beyond perfect!! Just baked at 375 for 45 minutes and then 350 for the remaining 25 minutes ( thick leg quarters, lots of marinade ) 😋😋💜💚
