oops I missed posting a entry yesterday! Day was ok, I was glad it was Friday and also stressed because it was Friday. But such is life up/down but OK, I'm OK and still on the Plan. Went grocery shopping with my mom this morning. She has Alzhimers and it is interesting to bring her anywhere. Like a 2 year old. Sometimes I'm not sure what she will do. I shopped good, on my plan and also I cook for her so I have to get other things she will eat. Tomorrow I will cook for the week. I'm thinking of trying to incorporated the "Fast 5" www.fast-five.org
with my Plan. It is basically that you have a 5 hour window to eat and fast the other hours. Seems like that might work for me. I'm trying today for my window to be 12-5pm. You don't eat the whole 5 hours! During the week days I'll probably switch the hours to 2-7, but not sure yet.
I think the scale showed a pound loss but I'm not counting on it yet, since that happened before (in the past 3+weeks) and it snuck back on! So I'll just deal with things one day at a time. And today I'm ok and within my Plan and true to me!
Going for a nice walk on the beach this evening :-)
