I’m sorry these are sideways. I have no idea why it put all my pictures like this on the website.

1) my fav cable machine. This is the pull down lat side. One of my fav activities at the gym.

2) the hated gut buster. Had to go down from 110 2 months ago to 70 today. It pulled on the ribs too much and I wanted to cry at 90# lol.

3) my beloved cable row machine has end out of order for 2 months. The sign still says it’ll be fixed ‘soon’ lol. Saw someone using this side for rows so thought I’d give it a go. *note to anyone who tries this... be sure to put your feet on the machine. Otherwise you’ll go sliding forward like on your behind like I did lol.

Next time make a square print screen of your photo and upload the print screen. That solved the problem! for me!
