Down another 2 lbs. Just one more pound and I have made my first goal. I think looking at the weight I want to lose in small goal oriented tasks is healthier than staring at the big overall number all the time. 35 lbs to go to reach the ultimate goal.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
