No workout today (aside from chasing littles and cleaning). My booty hurts from yesterday’s session and I love it! Weigh in tomorrow as I can be back on a schedule.

I’m almost at the point of hitting first goal (9.4 lbs away) and I’ll be going into maintenance until after my surgery/recovery period as I won’t be able to workout at all for a month. Yikes!😝 Lets face it.. it’s me and in knowing me so well I’ll find alternative ways to do something. Lift books over head or whatever. Lol. I’ll definitely lose a bit of muscle and I’ll readjust calories-in during that time. I wonder how many calories it burns “stirring the pot”.
I hear it’s a popular exercise now. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

Next goal will be 140. I’ll reassess after I hit that point. I am not looking for a particular number. Just working on healthier.
