You know mine suck, but between this passion I've found for keto...and a belief part of the reason i yoyo'd was eating the same thing day after day without variety, I'm finding lots of recipes that are quick and easy. I actually hate cooking..but I love different stuff. And its like a treasure to find something i can make in 1/2 an hour or less...and freeze leftovers!

I do!! I basically would eat chicken steak or pork 7 days a week, a handful of peanuts or cashews and low fat yogurt. No veggies, no eggs. it kind of worked...some days..quick but very boring.
