Whipped up a comfort food meal tonight of Tri-Color Rotini Pasta, Spicy sausage, pasta sauce, sweet peppers, onion, spinach & cheddar. For weight loss mode I could cut the calories by having a smaller serving & adding a veggie like broccoli on the side.

Yes Jaimejay, I hit my goal the beginning of March. I've been maintaining within a lb. or 2 over or under since then. I'm still logging every day and I'm averaging 1700 to 1800 calories a day.

That looks really tasty! Also the tri-colored pasta adds nice color, and the spicy sausage is a good idea
