So hard to get the protein requirements in without going over calories. Yeah, I could live in protein shakes but that's not healthy.

Oh you could eat water canned tuna (120cal) sardines (150 cal) eggs x2 (140 cal) 4 slices of deli ham (40 cal) and lots more. All of these are super super high in protein. And very filling!

Most nuts have a lot of protein. You could add them to whatever foods your having. Chicken breast is low in fat and very high in protein.

Nuts have way too many calories for me I'm afraid, and I'm already doing as much chicken and tuna as possible. It's just hard to get in 180 grams of protein on 1900 calories!!! Always so hungry, and the chicken gets expensive.

Try hummus/legumes

Grilled fish is delish and very low cal for the excellent protein per serving. Try different marinades and throw it over a salad or wild rice.

I add black beans and chickpeas, legumes to everything I eat, seam to hit my protein goal, I only eat 5% meat...theres lots of different proteins out there

I started to make smoothie with protein powder to get at close as i can and i found out seafood if you like it is a great option and packed in protein

I do enjoy seafood. But sticking with the protien shakes and lots of chicken for now.
