Working away - busy as I always was! Now y pets are in the mix, luckily they are in cages but they are very noisy birds! Trying various things to get into a schedule so they know what to expect even though I am home.
Been trying to get the food coordinated but I know what to eat and not eat so that hasn't been too bad. Next step is to put the rapid fat loss together again and go for another 10 pound loss. Did I really lose 10 pounds this year already? Wow.
Moving forward: put together a daily schedule that includes exercise and food prep. I have access to a lot of local food sources, some of which deliver.
My house is coming along - I have stockpiles of things that the junk people won't take right now, waiting for the go ahead. Not until the end of May I am guessing.
Funny how we do things that we know we shouldn't - I mean, I am sitting here next to all the things I need and I went and ate cream in chowder without any lactaid tablets to help me digest, so naturally my stomach is upset now. Oy.
Enough rambling. Hope everyone is hanging in there, I am certainly trying to!
